Launch Timeline
Expect your template in your Squarespace dashboard within 24-48 hours. It’s just me currently monitoring the shop so if you purchase on a weekend there may be additional dealys. Feel free to email me directly at hannahillcreative@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Most template clients launch within 3–4 weeks, but with focused time you could go live in just a few days.
If you need additional support, hourly help and a Template Builder Package are available.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a website template from Hanna Hill Creative, you agree to the following terms:
Digital Product Policy
All website templates are digital products delivered electronically to your Squarespace account. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the template has been delivered.
Because access is granted and files are transferred upon delivery, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be issued after transfer.
Delivery
Templates are transferred to the Squarespace account associated with the email used at checkout within 48 hours of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email and Squarespace account information are provided at checkout.
License & Usage
Your purchase grants you a single-use license for one website. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, copied, shared, or transferred to another party.
You may fully customize the template for your own business use, but the design itself remains the intellectual property of Hanna Hill Creative.
Support
Each template purchase includes one week of technical support beginning on the date of delivery. Support covers basic troubleshooting and template-related questions.
Extended design edits, copywriting, or customizations beyond template adjustments may require additional hourly support or booking the Template Builder Package.
Squarespace Subscription
A Squarespace subscription is required to use this template and is purchased separately. Hanna Hill Creative is not responsible for third-party platform changes, pricing updates, or technical issues within Squarespace itself.
