Scope of Work: Website Design and Branding

What we’ve done together…

I had the best time working with Codi, the founder of Willow Birth Village’s Doula Collective! From the very first call, we clicked. She had such great energy and excitement, even though she was right in the midst of her maternity leave when she reached out. Our goal was to have the new brand and website ready to go just as she was returning a couple of months later and we made it happen.

I love working with passionate moms and birth workers because I get the grind and the challenge of fitting everything in. We stayed flexible and connected throughout the entire process.

Codi came into the process not even sure what to name the new collective, but when she mentioned “Willow,” it felt right. From there, we pulled on the symbolism she shared and built the entire branding and logo design around it. The warm and informative website flowed so naturally from that foundation.

Their final website is such a great example of how you can bring personality and heart to your site without sacrificing clarity and function. You don’t have to choose between professional polish and creative, emotive design, you can absolutely have both. I love the way this entire project came together, and I can’t wait to see Willow Birth Village grow and thrive in their community.
