Scope of Work: Website Design and Branding
“I started my doula services last year and allowed the truth of my experiences to emerge before branding my business. When I was ready to brand my business, create a website and a cohesive social media presence I knew Hanna was the right person to help turn my vision into a reality.
Working with Hanna was truly a joy. She is equally as talented and creative as she is kind. She took the time to get to know me, my vision and mission for my business. She helped me create a name for my business, the entire business brand, a whole new website, and marketing assets. Everything turned out beautiful, truly better than anything I could have imagined. When my husband first saw the branding she created he said, "Wow you just met this woman and she REALLY gets you!"
I worked in communications/marketing in corporate America for 10+ years before becoming a doula. As someone who worked with many marketers and designers, I can say with confidence and credibility that Hanna is a branding mastermind.
Additionally, as someone who is type A, I appreciated how organized Hanna is. Her client portal, checklists and timelines made it very easy to keep track of everything to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks before launch.

What was your favorite part of working together?
Hanna is SO creative and her ideas for my brand just blew me out of the water. She also was able to pull ideas out of me that I didn't even know I had. As someone who came from a communications and marketing background I was so impressed with her process and expertise.
If someone asked you for a website design recommendation, what would you say?
Beyond her portfolio of work and expertise (not only with marketing but experience working in the birth world) it really came down to personality for me. Similar to my work as a doula I know that it's really important to have a connection with the people you work with. I instantly felt that with Hanna. She's bubbly, sweet, and smart. I felt like I could sit down at a coffee shop and talk to her for 10 hours.
What we’ve done together…
Working with Chelsea of Reborn Birth and Body was one of those soul-aligned projects I’ll never forget. From the moment we connected through the Colorado birth community, I could feel and see her vision. She came to me with the idea, and together we brought it fully to life—from naming her business to creating her logo, brand identity, and a website that feels like home.
As a birth doula and mindfulness coach in Boulder, CO, Chelsea wanted her brand to reflect the depth of her support and the rooted wisdom she offers her clients. During our intake process, she shared her love for the "mother tree" analogy—that image of the strongest tree in the forest holding space for everything around it. That became our creative anchor. We talked about growth rings, transformation, connection—and that vision guided the whole branding process.
This project was about starting fresh but staying deeply connected to purpose—and now, Chelsea has a brand and online presence that match the powerful work she’s already doing. I’m so excited to watch her continue to grow into this next season.
